Network of alumni

Our community of more than 3000 alumni is diverse, geographically dispersed but ultimately connected through their common experience at the Collège des Ingénieurs. They all share the same values and spirit.

Over 3000 alumni worldwide

The graduates of the Collège des Ingénieurs form an exceptional network of senior and top managers in major corporations as well as heads of business firms and entrepreneurs. Many of them act as coaches and mentors to our current Fellows.

As experienced business professionals, they are capable of guiding their successors into the right direction. And naturally, many high-ranking jobs circulate within the network. If you are interested in what our alumni are doing today, you can take a look at their profiles on LinkedIn.

German Leadership Award

The German Leadership Award is an initiative created by a group of alumni from the Collège des Ingénieurs. Since 2014 it has been presented in Baden-Baden by the non-profit German Leadership Award Association. The Award honors companies, and institutions, that demonstrate innovative leadership and that successfully integrate such leadership principles into the work environment, thereby providing a visible, public model of leadership excellence. The award ceremony is part of the annual Alumni Convention. Learn more about past and future German Leadership Awards here.

Alumni Convention

The alumni's most important networking event so far, the Alumni Convention, takes place at Palais Biron in Baden-Baden (DE) every year. Other than being a social event, it has many objectives: one is, of course, to enable networking, the other to exchange views on current economic issues and leadership. For the first time, an international alumni meeting took place in Turin, laying the foundation for future international events.
